Active Ingredients: Avena sativa 4X HPUS, calcarea phosphorica 3X HPUS, chamomilla 4X HPUS, ferrum phosphoricum 3X HPUS, humulus lupulus 4X HPUS, kali phospharicum 3X HPUS, magnesia phosphorica 3X HPUS, natrum phosphoricum 3X HPUS, passiflora 4X HPUS.

Inactive Ingredients: Lactose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, starch (corn and tapioca).

Suggestions

As a relaxant swallow 1 to 2 tablets with water until relieved, up to 3 times per day.
