The product arrived on time. The only problem that I had was that the lid was broken and it leaks if it is not standing upright. It probably needed to be shipped in a sturdier package. Update: I am obsessed with this product. After using it consistently for a month I literally had a whole new head of hair growing. Under my hair, it felt like a buzzed man's head. When I ran my fingers through my hair it felt like I was rubbing my brother's head. My hair is thicker than it has ever been in my life. I've been purchasing this product now for other family members who have a hard time with hair loss.

I actually do think this works to a point. It's not a miracle but I do believe it can slow things down. It seems to have slowed down my hair loss, honestly. Shipped in perfect time, I've used this product for about 3 weeks. I use this spray in the morning and at night along with other hair oils. Using it for years, they have overcome problem of spray blockage, great stuff. Keeps my hair in great shape, have not loss a hair. Keeps my hair full and healthy. I had recommended this already and I will continue to do so. For me, this is the best hair follicle stimulator that I have ever used.

I have order this product for about 6 times because it works. I lost about 75% of my hair to due hypothyroidism and I was 25. As you can imagine, that would be pretty horrifying for a girl. Anyways, my doctor did put me on thyroid medication, but it seemed like it wasn't helping much with my hair growing back even after 6 months of being on the medication. 3 weeks after I started using this I saw dramatic results, It's been about 2 years since my hair stopped falling out and started growing back and I believe that this product has helped tremendously. I will still recommend this to other people. I love it!

The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes the sprayed gets blocked up and it doesn't spray properly. Other than that it's awesome. I will keep on recommending this product.
