When diffusing, use 2 drops in the diffuser of choice. Never diffuse this oil in a childs room or directly around pets. Ensure good airflow when diffusing. When applying topically, mix 2 drops per 1 tablespoon of carrier oil. Never use this blend directly on the skin, always dilute with a carrier oil as directed. Once blended into a carrier, recommend massaging this oil on neck and upper chest.
