    3/4 cup of rice grits,2 1/4 cups water. Combine ingredients and bring to a boil. Stir once, cover, and reduce heat. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 to 10 minutes. Stir once before serving and enjoy.
