I have suffered insomnia for many years now. There have been times where 3 or 4 days pass, and I still can't sleep. I've tired numerous pharmaceuticals, you name it, I've tried it. For whatever reason I seem immune to their effects. I do plenty of exercise, and also meditate, but as I would approached the edge of drowsiness sleep never arrived, and It became a big frustration . I coped, but the quality of my life became worse as I got older. I made the decision to boost my natural sleep endorphins, and purchased Melatonin. Hand on heart it has changed my life. I'm happy again, my social life has returned, and I have not suffered any side effects whatsoever. The gentle push into sleepfulness that I needed was just a boost of Melatonin away. I can't believe my doctors didn't look for natural remedies first. I'm a sponge for information, and I think my brain was over active, and this made it difficult to switch off. That is now emphatically not the case. If you recognise yourself in my words, I highly recommend Melatonin, everyone's brain produces it naturally, this is what induces sleep. I think my problems developed because I felt I didn't need sleep. This was a massive mistake on my part, and I'm thankful Melatonin has restored balance and happiness to my life. I highly recommend giving them a try. Nature provides us with what we need, sleeping pills are useless, at least I won't have to worry about taking them again. I really treasure that fuzzy moment when I know sleep has captured me, and thanks to melatonin I am now able to embrace it with child like glee. 10/10
